Two years ago, I entered the care sector and discovered my passion through the positive impact I had on people's lives. At Brookdale, I've advanced to home manager, finding deep satisfaction in the compassionate care provided by the staff. Brookdale is a special place to me, a sanctuary I wouldn't change for anything.

I started my caregiving journey at 16 as a junior carer at a nursing home for profoundly disabled young adults. My passion for caregiving is deeply rooted, and I cherish the role of a carer. Helping others achieve their goals, no matter how small, brings me great joy. Being part of an organisation like Brookdale House, dedicated to residents' well-being, is incredibly fulfilling.

I’ve spent eleven years at Brookdale, where I’ve gained valuable knowledge and grown personally. I'm proud to share that I've recently been promoted to Deputy Manager. Brookdale feels like a second home, and I couldn’t imagine a better place to work. My happiness here is boundless.s no bounds.
